The Jais Sledder sits comfortably on a low-slung track. You’ll reach up to 40 kilometres per hour as you hurtle down the Hajar mountain range swerving through glorious panoramas with views of the spectacular coastline. The speed seems amplified ten-fold because you are sitting so close to the ground. The fully-controllable ride takes about eight minutes to cover 1,840 exhilarating metres of hairpin curves and undulating waves.

Driver requirements:
– At least 135 cm tall.
– Minimum of 8 years old.
– Must be physically capable of maintaining a seated position and using safety restraints.
– Ability to follow all verbal and written directions.
– Ability to visually recognise the sled in front of them to maintain a safe following distance.
– Ability to operate brake levers to control the sled’s speed.
– The combined weight of the riders (maximum of two) per sled cannot exceed 150 kgs.
Passenger requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years old.
– Passengers should be capable of holding onto the front handle while the sled is in motion.

What to bring:
– Please bring with you your booking confirmation and a valid proof of identity.
– Participant must wear sport, close-toe flat shoes (sandals, flip-flops, and high-heels are not allowed.
– Comfortable attire with no loose clothing (eg. Scarfs). It is mandatory to wear flat shoes in order to take the ride.
Weather conditions
– We reserve the right to cancel the rides or make any operational changes considered necessary for safety or operational concerns. The weather in Ras Al Khaimah is usually consistent, but there can be rare sand or rainstorms.Recording your experience
