Visited this with my two sons aged 14 and 20. I'm over 50 and was feeling a little nervous. I needn't have worried. It feels super safe and is not physically taxing. The most physical bit is being strapped into the harness where you have to adopt a push up position for a few seconds. The ride itself is about two minutes and the views are outstanding. The closest I think I'll get to flying. Would highly recommend and get someone in the party to do the camera option unless you have a go Pro. You'll want to remind yourself of the views as you race down.

My husband and I went ziplining at Jebel Jais on our recent visit. I am not going to lie and say I wasn't nervous thinking about it. When the time came I just told everyone please make sure I'm secure while they were setting me up and off I went. I thought it was going to be a lot scarier, but it wasn't :) especially comparing it to paragliding off a mountain in Charmois France and jumping out of a plane in New Zealand. It was a good experience and I can now say I did it too.
